Matthew Taylor Wilkov, a partner in the law firm of Rubin, Glickman, Steinberg and Gifford joined the firm in 1999. Prior to that time, he was the Chief of Administrative Law, 82nd Airborne Division, U.S. Army Judge Advocate General's Corps. He earned his B.S. in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and his law degree from Temple University, where he was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society and the Political and Civil Rights Law Review. While attending law school, he served as a law clerk at the firm. Mr. Wilkov serves on the Board of Directors of the Montgomery Bar Association where he is a member of the Executive Committee. He is a member of the Trial Lawyers Section, former Chair of the Young Lawyers Section, former Chair of the Juvenile Rules Committee, and is a member of the Montgomery American Inn of Court. He currently serves as a Major in the 153rd Legal Services Organization, U.S. Army Reserves. In 2005, 2006 and 2007, he was selected as one of Pennsylvania's Rising Stars as published in Philadelphia Magazine. He was also named a "Lawyer on the Fast Track" by The Legal Intelligencer in 2007.
